Q1: In Microsoft Outlook, how can I add the feature that the outgoing email's address is automatically added to the address book ?

Q2: How can I set up the email that once it is downloaded on the desktop, it is no longer on the server. What I don't need is to see the same email, let us say on the iPhone once I have it on the desktop.
