Observers perspective of things

Living in the technological age where information overflows and its more than one can chew actually, the question that comes up is what kind of filter does one apply in life.

The thing about filters is that it changes with whims and fancy, one might easily find themselves in the grey area or what one might call a fence-sitting. Also with filters employed this way, one might find hypocrisy a best descriptive term for their character. Creatures as complex as man has more variables than that which churns action. To name a few generals, its EQ & IQ. Usually lawyers may employ more filters!

Being a fence-sitter and a hypocrite is painted negative due to the fact that problems don't get solved but gets multiplied instead. However, this does not mean that anything and everything that humans have ever thought of should be embraced or rejected by a person.

Basically, education needs to be a foundation and a source for applying the right filter in life. And what to be educated on is key to the ability to have decipher-enabled "chips" of choices in life.

Ask questions except those one doesn't have the right to. The framework for early education should and must always be the basics. Its not to indoctrinate with ulterior man-made motives but one of universality and out-reaches far beyond space and time.

Science only has the ability to decipher some of the universal truth recently with the advent of technology. These are "signs" to mindful people while science to others. To reverse-term it, its science and conscience to others. An example: historical data on past generations. To mindful people, they take heed of the negatives those in the past put themselves into and not repeat them. To science, its dissected and taken as data/information/characteristics and filtered into categories/classes for ease of traverse but fails short of human aspects to contextualize them. Hence the need to reverse-engineer in nature.

The danger of reverse-engineering has already come to light yet for some, their industry and labour in trying and retrying amazes. Another example: when one lies, its repercussion may be beyond ones wildest imagination. Hence, the mindful takes heed of this phenomenon called lying and be consciencely careful where it might come. However, the scientific might tends to pursue to create another lie to "neutralized" the first. At least this is what they thought not knowing that it creates a spiralled fabric in space and time for that one piece of act which may come back to haunt them.

Now that the 2 camps have been established, back to the question of what needs to be educated on.

Differences do exist in this world which we live in today. But the basic ethics of differing is really really needed to be realized. Learning about these basic and fundamental nature of what makes humans really humans is essential. The racial ethnic, religious and "continental drift" in the form of the way people think do exist and they are indeed different. But what don't make sense to the young minds growing up getting to learn is the fact that these universal variables work or apply differently in the globe.

An example, the law in a country may stipulate equality and progress in spite of race, language or religion while another country, basic human right such as food and shelter seems to be something of a rarity. Even more gross, INTERNATIONAL laws apply does not apply to some.

If we are already a parent, our children might ask "why are there wars?". This basic question upon introspection boils to the fact that differences are made subject over and beyond reason and more uglier, if one "fights" for one's rights, what makes the others' right invalid? Even much deeper it reveals hypocrisy and imperialistic nature of man to assurp. That same evil one who champions for good holds happens to be at the heart of the problem. If like the resources spent of wars and armies were to be used for betterment, without an iota of doubt we will never find any shortage of needs in the globe today!

The ugly head of tyrants who rules the globe but only for a little while more till its long overdue reason kicks in. Why one learns, be in in school or by themselves, is the decider. Whether to equate success with money, power, economics etc or to effect positive change has its roots in this early nurture.

"Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists), Has created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous, Who has taught (the writing) by the pen, Has taught man that which he knew not. Nay! Verily, man does transgress all bounds (in disbelief and evil deed, etc.). Because he considers himself self-sufficient. Surely! Unto your Lord is the return." - Chapter Al-'alaq : 1-8
