Sync-ing your Outlook contact to your BlackBerry Device

The following is how to sync your outlook contacts with your blackberry using BlackBerry Desktop Manager. It's actually quite easy.

1. Download the latest BlackBerry Desktop Software from HERE, install it & restart your computer.

2. Connect your blackberry to your computer using the USB and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager (if this is your first time connecting your BB device, it will start detecting the drivers that is associated with it and installs them automatically)

3. From the main menu select Synchronize

4. Under Configure in the left menu select Synchronization

5. "Configure synchronization setting for my desktop program"

6. Select Address Book > Setup

7. Select Microsoft Outlook

8. Select Two way sync or One way sync to device

9. Next - Select your profile in outlook

10. Click OK

11. Click Synchronize from the left menu and then Synchronize (in the middle)

Your contacts will load onto your blackberry and you should be all set !
